How do I update the format of the date?

  1. Access the Settings page.

  2. Scroll down to the "Date/Time Format" section.

  3. Tap the "Date" row.

  4. A list of formats will load, you then tap the row with format you would prefer.

If you don't see the format you would like, please let us know and we will try to add it in a future update.

On the iPhone:

All settings can be updated on the Settings page to access that page, tap the "Settings" button, which has the same icon used by the settings app on the iPhone/iPad.

On the iPad:

All settings can be updated on the Settings page, to access that page:
  • Tap the "Menu" Button, then tap the "Settings" button.

  • Or tap the "Settings" button on the toolbar.



How does the Reuse Existing feature help?

What does the Copy button do?

The copy button allows you to copy details from an existing entry to a new entry. To use the copy feature, follow these steps:
  1. Tap the "Copy" button on the toolbar at the bottom.

  2. Then tap the green + button to the left of the entry you want to copy.

  3. Next the Add page will load with some details pre-filled. You can then make any edits after which tap the "Save" button to commit your changes or tap the "Cancel" button to lose any changes.


How do I access the backed up reports using Itunes File Sharing?

  1. Connect your device to your Mac/PC

  2. Once iTunes recognizes your device, select the device from the list

  3. Next click the “Apps” tab and scroll down until you see “File Sharing”

  4. Select the “Gluco Logger” from the “Apps” list

  5. In the "Gluco Logger Documents" list select any"csv" and/or "html" file

  6. Then press the "Save to.." button to save it to your computer

  7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for all reports



How do I Backup/Restore my data using Itunes File Sharing?

To backup your data:
  1. Connect your device to your Mac/PC

  2. Once iTunes recognizes your device, select the device from the list.

  3. Next click the “Apps” tab and scroll down until you see “File Sharing”

  4. Select the “Gluco Logger” from the “Apps” list

  5. In the "Gluco Logger Documents" list select "Data.db"

  6. Then press the "Save to.." button to save it to your computer.

To restore your data:
  1. Connect your device to your Mac/PC

  2. Once iTunes recognizes your device, select the device from the list.

  3. Next click the “Apps” tab and scroll down until you see “File Sharing”

  4. Select the “Gluco Logger” from the “Apps” list

  5. Next press the "Add.." button to copy the "Data.db" file from your computer to the device



How do I share data between multiple iPhones/iPads?

On the iPhone:

  1. From the main menu, tap "Share Data" row.

  2. Next enter a email address that the iPhone/iPad you would like to share the data with can access then tap the "Send" button.

  3. On the other iPhone/iPad, open the email and tap the attachement, then tap the "Open in Gluco Logger" button.

  4. Gluco Logger will launch, but you must first confirm that you do want to replace the data on the iPhone/iPad with the contents of the attachement.

On the iPad:

  1. Tap the "Menu" button then tap the "Share Data" button.

  2. Next enter a email address that the other iPhone/iPad that you would like to share the data with can access then tap the "Send" button.

  3. On the other iPhone/iPad, open the email and tap the attachement, then tap the "Open in Gluco Logger" button.

  4. Gluco Logger will launch, but you must first confirm that you do want to replace the data on the iPhone/iPad with the contents of the attachement.

  1. From the "Main Menu", tap the "Historical View" row.

  2. Then tap the "E-Mail" button on the toolbar at the bottom.

  3. Then a comma seperated value (csv) file and html file containing the glucose history will be attached to the e-mail which you can customize before choosing who should recieve the reports.

On the iPad:

  1. If you are not already on "History" page, tap the "Menu" button, then tap the "View Historical View" button.

  2. Once on the "History" page, tap the "Email Report" button.

  3. Then a comma seperated value (csv) file and html file containing the glucose history will be attached to the e-mail which you can customize before choosing who should recieve the reports.

  3. The "Filter" page is divided into the "Date Range" and "Columns" sections which combine to filter the entries.

    • The "Date Range" section allows you to filter using the recorded date/time column. You can provide a start and/or through date.

    • The "Columns" section allows you to filter by the time label, person and notes columns.

    • If you want to clear all existing filters, tap the "Show All" button on the "Filter" page:

      To clear just the start and through dates, tap the "Show All" row in the "Date Range" section.

      To clear the existing filter for a single column, tap that row then on the next page tap the "Show All" button.

On the iPad:
