If you're using macOS Catalina or newer, use the Finder to Backup/Restore your data between your computer and your iOS or iPadOS device. (tap here to learn how)

To backup your data:
  1. Connect your device to your Mac/PC

  2. Once iTunes recognizes your device, select the device from the list.



  3. Next click "File Sharing", then in "Apps" section, select “Gluco Logger”. In the "Gluco Logger Documents" list select all files then press the "Save to.." button to save the files to your computer.

To restore your data:
  1. Connect your device to your Mac/PC

  2. Once iTunes recognizes your device, select the device from the list.



  3. Next click "File Sharing", then in "Apps" section, select "Gluco Logger". Now press the "Add.." button then select all the files your previously backed up to your computer so they can be copied back to the device

  4. If prompted, choose to replace the file on your device with the file on your computer.
